Our next event for the 2026 season is on September 14 at Fremont HIlls in Fremont Hills, MO. Our Shotgun start time is 10:00. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes early. Have your check prepared (No Cash accepted), payable to SSGA in the amount of $68. We have a fairly small window to get all players entered and we close the table 15 minutes prior to the start time to give the guys who work the table time to get their belongings put away and get to their cart. If you wish to enter the closest to the pin competition, please bring cash and nothing larger than a $20 bill.

If you need to drop for any reason, up to Monday morning, please use the drop form on the website. It is not necessary to phone or text that you cannot attend. We will be notified of your drop and can take the necessary action. We do not have a waitlist for Fremont. We currently have 3 open slots.

NOTE – Our Lunch and Annual Meeting will following the event on September 14. I made an error in a previous email and put the wrong PO box. Some of those checks were returned. Bring your check for $10 to Fremont and put it in the box. Please make a seperate check for the Lunch.

Please open and review the sign up reports for September. We have a small waitlist for Fremont but we will hope to increase the field to 112 for that event. The other events are at or under the 108 entry number. The abbreviations on the repost are NR=No Response. NO= You indicated that you did not whish to play in this event. WL#=You are on the waitlist at this time. The # is how far down on the list you are.

An important NOTE ABOUT DROPPING from an event: Each month online forms will be published on this site immediately after the 15th of the month’s signup period. To drop from an event you have previously signed up for you must use the drop form for that event.
