If you are on the waiting list and decide to make other arrangement and not participate, PLEASE let the Tournament Director know of your change of plans. Each week we have 5-10 guys who clear the waiting list and have made other plans and choose not to play. It makes the process so clumsy to ask and then go back to the list for the next guy.
